I have a soft spot for SingStar. And like any self-respecting Welsh person, I love The Stereophonics, too. So you can imagine how happy it makes me to hear that no only are the band finally getting their own SS Song Pack, they’ll also star in their own SingStar Rooms VIP event next month.
Set to include exclusive live footage and interview, the band will also feature in PlayStation Home for “a special virtual meet and greet”. It’s an unnecessary step for me considering I’ve seen them several times whilst shopping and clubbing in town over the years, but for those of you living a little further away it might be the only opportunity you get!
The PlayStation blog will keep us appraised up a special tie-in competition to win signed merchandise and “other great prizes” – so therefore I shall do the same for you good people.
