Have you been holding back on picking up a shiny new DSi because of the price tag? The wait may well end up paying off as news of the price cut, said to coincide with the unveiling of the 3DS at E3, is made public.
“In the UK Nintendo will be reducing the trade price of Nintendo DSi to retailers from 18th June 2010,” a Nintendo spokesperson told ONM.
The company has yet to confirm how much it will reduce the trade price by, but noted that “the ultimate price to consumers is, of course, determined by the retailers”.
Following Nintendo’s announcement, online retailers such as Game, HMV and Amazon are selling DSi for £30 less than its RRP.”
