Capcom have announced the preorder bonus that will be available through Play.com, here in the UK – and it’s pretty bloody fantastic!
Ordering Dead Rising 2 through Play.com will give you access to a special site that will allow you to upload your photo and “zombify” it. No, that isn’t all – you will then get to send it off to be added to your own version of the game’s cover art. Capcom will print your cover and send it out to you so you can replace the original box art with your own personal version.
Codes to access the website will apparently be sent out the week of the game’s release on October 1st.

While I love the sound of this, I’m not sure its enough to make me preorder. Might get a copy eventually at Christmas though, even without a personalised cover!
That is INCREDIBLY cool. I don’t think I’ll be going to such lengths but I will be picking this up on day of release.
